first of all sorry if in wrong section.
i was watching RSO (wasnt good enough to get in myseld )
and noticed the cash ladder, fair enough you have to get through a lot to make cash, but to go from 4292 players for $113.95 to ladder up to $130.23 down to 810 players seems a very big step, not a lot of $ increase for a lot of players exiting.
i know all tournies are top heavy pay wise, but 3482 players for $16.28 seems a big ladder lol. not whinging because dont play them just wondering why.

After getting in the money I was playing short stack ninja with some success, then noticed the lack of pay-jumpage, which I don't think would have changed my play but definitely made for a chip accumulating dynamic, regardless of stack size. I suspect there was some logic from Stars, either to get the big money prizes up top, or to get the tourney finished quicker (don't think this is/would be the case). But anyway it would be a Stars question, rather than PSO.

I think I might like it and would like to see more of it, I am sure it will spark some debate amongst MTTers so will keep my ears open for it.
