Hi sapines1001!

With A8o in the cutoff, I get a limp, then a raise to 3BB and a call of it.

While I'm down to 8BB, this is too much action in front of me to shove here, so I'm going to fold and wait for a spot when I can be the first one into the pot.

If I play the hand, even if the opps are really loose, I'm still only going to win 20% of the time.. if.. 3 opps call (could do so easily since they're already in the pot). If the blinds call, then my win % drops even lower.

If I wait, even if I have to go with 2 random live cards, I'm at about a 40% shot to win... which is better than the situation here.

Don't be results oriented.. the correct decision was made and that is all that we can do as poker players, make the best decision when it's our turn to act.
