I guess looking on the bright side of life, it's much easier for you to improve than for them to improve...

I personally don't like the 3x open - I would either minraise (or 2. raise) or just shove right away. A min raise makes it seem like we can get away from the hand with the lower parts of our range, whereas raising 3x pretty much commits us to the pot so any players left to act have to take this into account.

You should be very happy to call the shove here, it just sucks you ran into a cold deck!

Hi F1sh4UrCh1p5!

With KK from mid position, I'm going to make a standard raise, which for me at this blind level is to 2.2BB+1BB for each limper or 15400.

I then get a call and a shove. With a premium made hand, I'm snap-calling the shove even though it could be a multiway pot. I have way too strong of a hand to even consider folding.

Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.

On the contrary you should be thrilled to get this kind of action with a had as strong as KK and your stack size. You NEED chips, this is a great chance to get a lot of them. And the two opps are very possibly going to have blockers against each others hands in a spot like this (as shown here...mega-blockers,lol).

Folding here would be a massive leak.
