Why isnt my acc eligible for the 3.30 ticket if i pass the MTT quiz - Sat Nov 30, 2013, 01:00 AM

I completed the basic course/quiz and when i try the MTT quiz it says that my account isnt eligible but i still can try the quiz.

Hey there sharky 1612,

Moderators here at the school cannot access your personal account information so we wouldn't know why this is. It could be something very simple.

To get an answer to your question you will need to email support@pokerschoolonline.com and one of the PokerStars Support Team will be happy to assist you further.
