Hi I'm just contacting support in order to report an error in the League in which I have been placed this month, I played in the Open League last month and finished 44th and earned the required 20 VPPs so should have been in the Premier League this month, however I have instead been entered again into the Open League and having looked at my profile it appears to have me down as having only earned 16 VPP last month with Pokerstars, but that figure is not correct and I am 100% certain I earned just over the 20 VPPs which should have seen me placed in the top league. Hopefully you guys can look into this and get back to me because as I have stated I am absolutely certain that there has been a mistake here from Pokerstars in the information they have sent you.

Thanks

Hey pokerbhoy74,

Don't worry, just contact support@pokerschoolonline.com and one of the support team will be happy to assist you.

Moderators here in the forum cannot access your account details so you will need to email the support team I'm afraid.

Best of luck in the Premier League during December

Cheers,
Raiser

Thanks Raiser, I did actually send support a message yesterday but unfortunately they haven't got back to me yet which is why I made the thread, I'll contact them again later today if I don't hear anything, again thanks very much for the reply.

Hi, my VPP score in November was underbid, too. My profile shows only 148 VPP while I'm sure I earned 150.07 last month. I sent an e-mail to support@pokerschoolonline.com yesterday, still no reply.
