Hi, villain is playing 22/19/4 Fold to 3B=62% FCB=63% over 226 hands.

Should I c-bet the turn ? And what do I do if he shoves ?

What is he representing with the pot-sized be on the river?

Cheers!

I'd CBet the turn - I think we can get a lot of better hands to fold e.g. QQ and worse, 7x, maybe even some weaker kings fold to your very aggressive line.

Preflop I would fold, villain hasn't folded often enough so far that you could turn an autoprofit by 3-betting him wide like this - especially given that he opened from MP.

As played I would barrel the turn as you put more pressure on medium pairs and Kx while building a pot for your outs. On the river I feel like people are betting pot when they fail to get value OTT so he probably will be very strong here most of the time.
