Hi, villain is 15/11/6 over 161 hands.

Should I just call the flop or a raise is fine ? Since a lot of scare cards could hit (clubs and overcards.

Cheers!

Hi fp,

Call is by far the best play imo. If we raise we are never getting called by a hand that is behind, so we have to raise/fold basically. This villain is very tight and opening UTG, so it's a thin spot.

I think we can call, and if he checks the turn, expect to often have the best hand. If he barrels the turn, we have a pretty easy fold. And we allow ourselves to realize our 2 out equity vs. his overpairs by not getting 3b off our hand on the flop.
