I think the correct assessment of this hand is very villain dependent.

However against an unknown, I'd be a touch concerned by the bet sizing and the board run out - like Shichi I think I would fold the river.

I suppose his limping range is almost any two but not his premium range.

Calling the flop and turn bets is compulsory with top pair. However I think most villains would give up or bet smaller if they were on a bluff or had a weak one-pair hand like 5x or . Therefore I don't think there's a lot you're beating anymore so I would just fold.
