Hi, villain is unkmown.
I was prepared to play for stacks, but he faltted. Man... how I hate these spots lol.

I know that the bet fold was very goofy. If I'd bet there would be to call a shove. So i'd rather check.

What to do in spots like these ? check and give up ?
What's the villains most likely range here ?
I think that vulnerable hands like TT,JJ he'd shove (but hey, this is 10Nl right haha)

Cheers!

As played I like your bet/fold.

In my experience people's flatting range in a spot like that mostly consists of medium pairs and suited broadways which smack this board really hard, so his continuing range should have your equity crushed here on average.

Your alternate options would include flatting yourself against his 3-bet or 4-betting bigger pre, and you could also check/fold the flop with the assumptions I made about his flatting range. Another option would be to bet really small (1/3rd of the pot) to target folds from 99/88/77 type hands and play a cheaper turn with a semibluff.
