There should be an option when trying to log-in to the PokerStars Client for a password reset. You will then receive an email to the registered email address for your account.

Have you emailed support@pokerstars.com about this? They are they only ones that can help you really as moderators here at the school cannot access members personal account info, only the PokerStars Support Team can do this

Normal response time for a reply is within 24 hours.

Cheers,

Hi cuddles2004

On the main Pokerstars client, click on account, a drop down menue will appear which gives you the option among other things to change your account password.

Hope that helps

Getting PokerStars is easy: download and install the PokerStars game software, create your free player account, and validate your email address. Clicking on the download poker button will lead to the installation of compatible poker software on your PC of 51.7 MB, which will enable you to register and play poker on the PokerStars platform. To uninstall PokerStars use the Windows uninstaller: click Start > Control Panel and then select Add or Remove programs > Select PokerStars and click Uninstall or Remove.
