I think you should raise flop and look to play for stacks. Villain is almost never holding AA or KK here, he might also 3Bet AK preflop so this holding is unlikely. There is only one combo of 77 possible, so you can be very sure that you have the best hand here.

However the board is pretty wet with flush draws and some straight draws possible, therefore I think raising for value against these holdings is the right play. You will often find that villains will get sticky and be unable to fold their better Ax hands like AQ/AJ.

As played, I'd raise the turn for the same reasons that I'd raise the flop.

I think you should call the river bet because villain could still be playing AQ/AJ like this for value because you haven't shown much strength. Furthermore he might be bluffing a missed flush draw.
