Sorry, this hand was deleted by its owner

I open AQs from the BTN and get called by BB. On the flop he check/raises my c-bet. OTT he leads for pot size bet and I fold. Is this a good fold, his check/raise on the flop looks like two pairs or set and when he leads the turn for pot size bet I think I`m mostly behind.

I agree with your play for the reasons you state! When players at 2NL take a super-strong line like this, they basically always have it.
