Unknown Villain

Is this hand OK for three streets of value or is it too optimistic?

Hi Andy,

I'm not sure I like 3-betting preflop here, simply because I don't think I want to stack off to a 4b.

As played, I think we can value bet the river vs. an unknown. It seems very thin, we'll get shown QQ sometimes, but he should have a fair bit of TT/88-66 type hands and maybe can find a hero call in the hopes we have AK, turned the nut flush draw, and now missed.

What should my 3Betting range be in this sort of situation then? I guess it should be pretty narrow because of everyone's position, so should it be KK+? Is it worth mixing a couple of bluffs in there like A2s?
