Hi, villain is playing 27/19/7 over 73 hands.

If I was in position this would be a call, but OOP should we fold to this raise ?

I would call his flopraise and wait for a good turn and his action. He can semibluffraise hands like T9,T8,66 and some better hands against which you still have outs or can spike a spade that will give you more equity.

Alternatively you could put K9s into your check/calling range to help it realizing your equity against an aggressive opponent (which I actually prefer given the drawy texture).
