hi all

have a query about the premier skill league and the qualifier league, would appreciate some feedback.

suppose player A who is playing in the premier league, finishes in the top 800 in the premier league in January, so, therefore automatically gets a ticket to the premier league for February.

now, suppose the same player A finishes in 200th place in the premier qualifier league, thus, theoretically, he/she gets a ticket to the February premier league via this route too.

finally, player B, who is only playing in the premier qualifier league, finishes in 201st place in the premier qualifier league.

so, my query is, as player A has already qualified for premier league in February via the top 800 in the January premier league, does his ticket for the premier league from the premier qualifier league remain with him, or does it get pushed down to the next available player, i.e. player B ?

I am currently player B, so not sure if I need to place higher in the premier qualifier league to qualify for the premier league, or, if the above applies, then I don't need to , as several people have qualified for the premier via player A's route, and hopefully their 2nd ticket from the qualifier league will get pushed down.

lol, after some research, I found the following right at the bottom of the 'skill leagues info' page,,

** 1,500 Premier League Tickets will be awarded each month. The Qualifier League will award tickets to the top 200 members from the leader board that have earned the minimum 20 VPPs, and have not already earned a ticket via the Open or Premier League.

so, I guess I am okay as tickets from the qualifier league will only be awarded to those who haven't received one from the other 2 routes,, right??

or wait,, it says, 'top 200', does that mean, ONLY the top 200 are 'able to qualify' for a ticket? so, that in some months, less than 200 tickets are awarded in the premier qualifier league?, or are 200tickets always to be awarded via the premier qualifier route??? sheesh, my head is spinning now, someone helpppppppp

200 WILL qualify from the Qualifier.

800 WILL qualify from the Premier League

500 WILL qualify from the Open Skill League

Those numbers are fixed - working out where you have to come in the OSL and Q Leagues is the hard bit.
