Brilliant!

You've passed the basic test and you'll get your first bonus in the next 24 hours, good job!

Step Two

The Poker Basics test was easy right? Well, there's a lot more to learn on the road to becoming a profitable poker player.

Now study the Cash Game course and once you think you have it mastered have a go at attempting the quiz. Don't rush through the course, there's a lot of content there and the quiz is tricky so spend some time on this.

Let us know as soon as you have passed the Cash Game Quiz and we will award you with your next buy-in.

Best of Luck!

I had an image of tight player.
Villain 9 was calling almost every hand and villain 8 lost against me two times so I assumed he was on tilt.
Is that bluffing OK or is it too risky?

Thank you for posting this hand for review and I have asked one of the Hand Analysers to take a look at it for you.

He will do this within the next 24 hours and once it's been analysed I will advise on the next step.

It's great that you're thinking about your image, but you also have to remember that people might not take any notice. Generally, people notice if you're being aggressive, they don't alter their play too much if you're playing tighter than normal.

I think preflop you should raise to a normal raise size of 3x the BB. The problem with minraising from this position is that you're giving the Cutoff and the Button a great price to call in position.

I think your flop CBet is fine and I also like the sizing. You might get two folds immediately and win the hand here and now. Also in case you do hit your hand, you're building the pot so you can win more.

By CBetting the flop in position, if you miss on the turn, you can just check and see a free river card.

Well played!
