I really wasn't sure where this post should go, hope this is the right spot. A funny thing happened in a tournament today, I was doing really bad and was down to 286 chips when I got the following three hands in a row.

Just goes to show you never know what may happen next!!

My first ever royal flush came when I was 4-handed at a final table. I was down to just over one big blind and it was folded to me on the button and I went all in blind without looking at my cards.

I couldn't turn them over because both blinds called and they checked down all three streets. There was much hilarity when I turned over KJhh for a rivered royal flush!

Sadly this was completely useless as I then went out the very next hand...

How did the story finish in your tourney Joy?

Unfortunately it finished much the same as yours, I went out about an orbit later. I was under 10 bb and shoved from the button with KhQh, didn't improve and lost to pocket nines.
