Tomorrow is an exciting day for Canada. Gold medal on the line. Canada vs Sweden: Ice Hockey/Men tomorrow @ 7pm EST

I am thinking of betting on Canada to make things more intense. How much should I bet when my bankroll is only $80? lol

Sweden is a pretty decent team so I do not like to risk too much of my bankroll. Is anyone sports betting on Canada, also?

Let's hope it's as exciting (and more hard-hitting...) than the women's final on Thursday was!

Considering that body checking is an offence I think this was a GREAT game.

Check out rule 604

Sweden will win unless the CANADIAN referees don't do their job.

That was precisely the point I was making...

Not being a regular hockey viewer, especially not women's hockey, I was very surprised that what seemed like legitimate hits were getting penalised.

You were making a point?

Sounded more like a poor informed comment.....guess I mis-understood you....hiccup

This is not figure skating, where judges' nationalities are declared, and where deals are made between nations to have the judges unfairly score it to have the desired athletes win (Salt Lake City 2002, remember?). The NHL referees are the best in the world. No player on the ice (including the Swedes) would want any other referee for this game. Sounds like sour grapes to me!
