Hi there, I've been having a problem where the Hand Replayer has been sitting at the 0% for the last 20 minutes while storing progress. Is there a possible explanation for it? There's no information as to when it will end. There's no estimated time, there's no average time, there's no time passed. Only the hand animation that's doing something in there.

I've tried to re-do the thing a few times but it hasn't worked a single time, the hand storing process never goes past 0%.

Is the hand history text in English?

Yup, the hand history is copied from the email that pokerstars sent me through a hand history request.

I'm not sure why but after switching browsers everything went smoothly. Sorry for the trouble.
