Well done ZageGod!

You've passed the basic test and you'll get your first bonus in the next 24 hours, good job!

Step Two

The Poker Basics test was easy right? Well, there's a lot more to learn on the road to becoming a profitable poker player.

Now study the Cash Game course and once you think you have it mastered have a go at attempting the quiz. Don't rush through the course, there's a lot of content there and the quiz is tricky so spend some time on this.

Let us know as soon as you have passed the Cash Game Quiz and we will award you with your next buy-in.

How to bookmark a page (also know as saving to your favourites) depends on your type of browser, so just Google "How to bookmark a page with xxxx" and insert Chrome, IE, Firefox or whichever browser you use.

Best of Luck!

Great job ZageGod!

You passed the Cash Game Quiz and so you've shown that you have a great understanding of the fundamentals of playing poker. We have now credited your account with your 2nd bonus.

Step Three

Please play a 1/2 cent Real Money table at PokerStars and, using the Hand Replayer, post a hand here in this thread that you have questions about.

Here is a video on how to use the hand replayer.

NB: You must post a Cash Game hand only, tournament hands do not count for this promotion. You must use the Hand Replayer only to post your hand, we cannot accept hands posted in any other way.

Once you post your hand one of our Trainers will analyse it for you so please post an interesting hand where you have questions. Give as much information about the hand as possible, for example, had you any reads on your opponents?

did i do something wrong i thought i had build up a pretty loose image cause i had some lucky hands a couple of times in a row and my 17 hand wins contained only 2 showdowns

how could ive gotten more money on this hand?

would it have been better to c-bet here or was the tight play okay?

Hi ZageGod,

Thank you for posting these hands for review and I have asked one of the Hand Analysers to take a look at them for you.

He will do this normally within the next 24 hours (but can sometimes take a little longer, especially at weekends). The last hand you posted shows an error, so we'll look at the other three meantime.

Cheers!

Hi ZageGod,

Hand#1: I think we can just call their flop raise, no need to raise back and let them bet the turn with three of a kind.

Hand#2: with AT we can probably raise to play the pot with initiative. Checking is not a bad option either to not bloat the pot OOP. As played, I think this might be the maximum value we could extract from their entire range.

Hand#3: On a J42r, it's hard that neither us nor our opponent hit that flop. So with King high I would prefer cbetting this flop. I would be happy to get Ax hands to fold. Also, in case they call with a Jx or some PP then there will be some turn cards we could double barrel OTT like a T, A, K, Q
