Whats a good monitor size for 4 tables?

All i want is the tables to be big enough where my stats arnt taking up my whole screen and i want them to be readable.

My old one just gave up and i just slapped my pc on my 30 inch screen and its horrible i can barely see what im writing now, i have no idea why.

Anyway i was looking around and everyone seems to be into 24 inch/ 30 inch monitors, i think i would prefer a 22 aslong as i can see everything clearly unless 24 inch looks the business i dont want to spend another 60 odd pound for a couple of inches.

Im also wondering whats the difference between 16:9 and 16:10, is anyone good with this sort of stuff because i have no clue what so ever.

I use a 24 inch screen and it is the business in my opinion.

I can see everything I need to.

What one you got? I just looked at a few and i cant work out which one to have theres a 22 inch 16:9 and a 24 inch 16:10, do you know what those different rations do to the tables?

Im assuming the 16:10 is wider.

This is the one I went for:

Asus VE247H 24" Widescreen LED Multimedia Monitor

Not sure about the aspect ratio etc but I lifted this from the web:

'In March 2011 the 16:9 resolution 1920×1080 became the most common used resolution among Steam's users. The earlier most common resolution was 1680×1050 (16:10)'

If 16:9 is what Steam users go for I would think that isn't a bad idea. I doubt it makes any significant difference but if no one gives a decent answer here 2+2 have a great forum for this kind of thing.

I think the 16:10 aspect ratio might be better for 4-tabling on Stars, due to the shape of the tables. If you 4-table on Stars and use the full width of a 16:9 screen, then the top and bottom rows need to overlap. I would guess there's still some overlap with 16:10, but not quite so much.
16:9 is the "standard" for just about everything else though (BBC, YouTube etc).
