Given that it's a multiway flop I would credit the check/raiser with a very strong range. The only hands I could see him bluffraise are QTs or AQ but since you have bet into 2 people on a board that smacks your perceived range well I assume that's not too likely. Hence I would be willing to let go OTF already unless your impression/read is strong on villain. As I'm not sure if villain will bluff/shove river too often with his rest I would jam if my read is strong.
