MicroMillions-024

BB(24): 21/13/1.5
EP(28): 25/11/1.0

Should I ever be folding here? If I call and loose I would still have 24bb.

No, I'm not folding here. V9 could have allsorsts of strong hands, e.g. TT, JJ, Q9, AQ, worse flushes or even the bare Ac or Qc. V2's range should be stronger, but is by no means exclusively flushes, he'll also have sets/AQ in his range, so I don't think you have any choice other than to call.
