Hey, I've noticed that, despite placing in the top 5 for the PSO Madness event, I haven't received my $5.50 ticket yet. The event rules state that the tickets are sent out 2-3 working days after the end of the event, but it's now been 4 days and still no ticket.

When are they being sent out? I was planning on playing a tournament today that I can't afford on my bankroll without that ticket.
