I don't see AK stacking off here unless it's precisely AdKd.
Have you tried putting your hand into an equity calculator vs a range of sets, overpairs, combo draws (e.g. AdTd, JdTd), NFD, TPTK, straights and two pairs?

Calling off with TT would only be better than JJ if villain has QQ or a straight, and it would be a pretty bad call, because you'd be drawing to 8 outs and getting it in pretty bad. Against the rest of his range, middle set is crushing, so JJ is much better than TT here.

If villain's pre-flop 3-bet range and flop stack off range on this flop is precisely QQ+, then you're a 2:1 favourite and this would be a fist-pump call off.

Even against a tight 3-betting and stackoff range you are a favorite here:

Board: J:club:Q:diamond:9:diamond:
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    66.83%  66.09%   0.75% { JhJs }
MP3    33.17%  32.42%   0.75% { QQ+, AdKd }

If you add hands like AQ, or even TT to the mix it becomes an easy raise/call.
