My Bonus Code Box is missing

Hi support

I have sent an email already, with regards to my problem.

When I go into the cashier to try claim the code:


There is no bonus code box it's vanished.

Could support apply the bonus code to my account so that I can make the deposit.

How do I fix this?

Thanks for response.

But both Stars and PSO support got back to me.

It was explained to me that when you have claimed a code.

The box does not show again until that expires.

Or if there are not any codes to claim there will not be a bonus code box displaying.
