This villain ended up folding but I thought that once the hand was over that this spot was a bit too thin to value bet OTR. Should I have bet this river?

Hi dirt,

I might size a bit smaller, but I agree betting is fine. I would expect him to bet the river with most/all better hands rather than go for a check/raise, so we are probably looking at hands like 9h9x/5h5x etc. If he check/shoves we can fold.
