Hazyone keeps extensive notes on many players here at PSO. I think more important than that is to know ones own strengths and weaknesses (S+W) . I've found that WRITING down my own (S+W) has helped my game. I know that some W points of mine are knowing when to laydown the big overpair and putting people on hands. I sometimes have trouble facing a big reraise with a medium to strong holding. If you really have the desire to improve at poker(one of my S's) you can study, talk to other players, practice and try to fill the leaks in your play and correct these W's.

Very good post AZ. I think that is my next step. Write em down.
Not just in poker but life. Good luck and thanks for your thoughts.
