Hello i know this is long, but please somebody read,
hopefully i can get some help. i have sent message to support anyway and provided documents which have been verified, i just would like some insight of some other people

i had set a deposit limit on my account 5 days ago and i lost all of it, i was too keen to play poker again, and i dont like any other site so i went and made another account, and deposit 226$, and when i registered my account i used made up details, besides the email, , i am really sorry i did this , i just love the game too much, i want too spend the rest of my life playing it and become sponsored by you guys, i have never had a chance untill 2 nights ago when i won some money on the account. after playing online for about 2 years, down about 12k , that win finally came

i have never won a decent amount of money before in my life untill 2 nights ago, i came 2nd in a 82$ hyper turbo for just over $4800, i was so happy, my chance to turn my life around has finally come, the only problem is it is on a account with made up details, so i had been up all night and thought i would contact support tomorrow and resolve this

when i woke up the account was frozen, i logged-on the email and started talking to the support, i understand i made another account, and it was stupid of me, but please i beg you, i wont do it again. i have spent over 12k trying to get that win that i got 2 nights ago. ********* (Removed - Terms of Service)

i have contacted support frequently but i guess they are busy, i have sent all the documents required plus bank card and the original deposit i did with a screen shot of me logged in my bank, also a bank statement of my deposit which has been verified, i am still unable to log on though,

do you think i will get the account back and be able to delete this one and make that account my main? just update the details

On the subject of the second account, I can see you posted over at 2+2, in among the trolling someone might post some useful advice. It's really looked down on though to make a second account. They might confiscate the money but to be fair to stars they often pay out when other sites would hold on to the money. Not sure in this scenario.

Something I don't get though, in reply to someone on 2+2, you said you played the same tournament on both accounts. If you bust out one account and that was how you came to make the second, how exactly did that work?
