in a 3x turbo rebuy whe cant pass many spots like these, i felt strange about this guy because he pushed utg 24bbs in a past few hands, and now he raises 4x , he was a 18 /18 (through only 17 hands)

Hi scarface,

Well it's an interesting spot, which I think is somewhat close tbh. Normally with a 13bb stack I'd be shipping AT in a 3x turbo all day every day, but this guy's action seems odd when he's 4x'ing it. We don't reasonably have fold equity now, but A) that doesn't mean he won't fold if he's bad, and B) that doesn't mean he can't have a worse hand.

I am going to draw the conclusion he's a weak player based on this sizing. If you look at the stacks behind, 13bb is the largest, so he can not 4x and fold to a shove (reasonably... see point A above). So he should simply shove all in to maximize fold equity. If he has a premium and is hoping for action, then most players would simply 2-x it (which would be standard at this blind level anyway if all the stacks weren't shove stacks behind). He's split the difference and 4x'd, which fails at both goals. Which indicates to me he probably doesn't consider any of this in his action, and thus doesn't have a good plan or goal in all likelihood. Given this, I think we both do have some measure of fold equity (even though we should not) and we sometimes have the best hand. Which is good enough for me to rip it in here and take my chances.

thanks for the nice answer , and i agree with you, in the micros/low stakes, my experience for this situation tells me that the players who do that normaly have a weak pair or a weak ace, i have seen this move with 33 , a5suited , and even broadways like qj ,and assuming that range i think probably the better option was the shove, but we never know, my point is this sizing normaly means they dont want action and they will fold for a shove that covers them,
This also made me think about this: imagine the oposite imagine i was the villian and made a 2 x raise, and get shoved, should i call? in my opinion yes, but it comes to my mind some doubts about the calling range in that situation.
