Villain is 41/11/5.0/0 from a 38 hand sample

Pretty dry board and Villains calling range definately has many hands not including an Ace so I feel a C-bet is definately the right thing to do.

When I get raised it tells me I'm beat as he does allot more calling then betting/raising

Anyone see any reason not to fold in this spot? He made it cheap to call but If I call and dont improve an Im gonna be facing his all in and if I do improve there isnt much rewards for the risk.

Is this correct?
