Call flop, fold turn I think.
When a 17/14 villain check-raises the flop from the SB, he usually has 2pr+ (sets are very likely) or a combo draw. You have the nut flush blocker, which means made hands are more likely to be in villain's range. JTcc had the best draw on the flop and that gets there on the turn, so you're often drawing dead, or only have 2 outs vs a set.
