It's SCOOP-32-L $27 Progressive Knockout, 15mins blind level slow structure.

What to do here with JJ?

PokerStars Hand #116181309201: Tournament #894306923, $12.30+$12.25+$2.45 USD Hold'em No Limit - Level IV (25/50) - 2014/05/15 0:18:52 IST [2014/05/14 14:48:52 ET]

If I were to range the player on the button I would say he can have AK, 99+ if he is playing tight.
Considering that fact what do I do with JJ:
1. Throw away
2. 4-bet coz I think he might be re-stealing from the button with 22-77, AJs, AQs, KQs
3. Cold call 3-bet for set mining or hope for a ten high flop with being out of position.

Hi adikumar2010

This is a relatively easy fold imo and here's why. It's unlikely that CasaPoke is 3betting light, this is the first hand he's played over 9 hands and the blinds are small and there are no ante's.... he's risking 450 chips to win 200. Also he's 3betting an early position raise and his 3bet sizing is quite big. All these signs ring alarm bells, very loud alarm bells!

I think CasaPoke's range is heavily weighted towards JJ+,AKo, so were often going to be in a situation where we're flipping at best. As there's not many chips in the middle to be won we ought to fold. If we decide to play the hand then we're going to be risking a very healthy 90+big blind stack against a range that has us crippled.

Cheers, Chris.

Thanks, I did fold and the original UTG raiser also fold. I guess I need QQ+ and AK only to make a 4-bet here specifically and maybe just call with QQ, AK and 4-bet AA KK only. Am I right?

I think there's an argument to be made about playing the AK in this spot too but I would continue cautiously with the QQ. Nice fold mate
