It's SCOOP-36-L $27 Turbo (3 Re-Entries max), 5mins blind level. I am not planning to take re-entry as the blinds are too high (I don't rebuy/re-enter unless I am getting 20BB). So this will be my 1 and only bullet.

I have 15BB, I can't min raise and fold to a shove as that will be spewy play. Either I can shove or I can fold. What's the optimal play ?

Do you have any push/fold charts? I use the ones in "Kill Everyone" by Lee Nelson et al.

With your stack size (M number or CSI = ~5.5), it recommends shoving J7s+, so this would fall into my shoving range.

I'd be careful about making blanket statements like "minraising and folding to a shove would be a spewy play". You have to look at what sort of villains are in the blinds. They might fold too much and be prime targets for minraise/folding against.

In this instance, it doesn't look like the SB is afraid of seeing flops even though it's a tiny sample, so I think just shoving would be the best play.

I use this: http://www.pushfoldcharts.com/fullring/

But it has shove range for maximum 10BB.
