With A8 from the SB, when I get a limp in front of me, I either need to make a standard raise or fold. Unless the button is a nit, I'm going to make a standard raise to 3BB+1BB for each limper (160 chips). I do not want to call.

When I flop 2 pair, I absolutely need to make a lead value bet on the flop. With 2 opps, a standard bet is 2/3 pot, so I will bet 80 chips.

The same thing on the turn. I have 2 opps, so I need to bet 2/3 pot.

On the river, with 4 hearts on the board, I'm going to check and hope to get to showdown, as my hand does have showdown value, but could easily be behind.

The keys to this hand are not raising preflop, not betting the flop nor turn and due to this, the opps got the correct odds to try to outdraw me, so it's my own fault that I lost the hand.

No. With only 2nd pair, I'd check and may or may not call a small bet from an opp.. depends on the opp. If any opp bets larger, I'd need to fold.

correct me if i wrong but if i was rasing to 240 than the villian wpulh have to add 400 to win 480
meaning almost 1:1 pott odds and if i was raising to 480 he would have to add 640 to win 720 isnt pretty much the same pot odds ?
