You had about 82% chance of winning when all the money went in, so villain got lucky here (he didn't have the right price to call the turn shove), but I don't like the way you played the hand very much. Limping pre-flop with TT is pretty bad. If you raised pre-flop, then J9 would likely not even be in the pot. Minraising the flop is also bad. Get more value and make it easy to shove the turn without over-betting by making a 3x raise on the flop. Generally speaking, you should avoid making minraises with vulnerable hands on wet boards, because you're giving draws the right price to suck out.
