Hi rudar,

I really don't care for the preflop 3-bet. I would expect the button is isolating the fish, and thus may be wider than normal, but our action will serve to often fold out his dominated hands, AND puts pressure on the fish to fold... which we don't want to do, push the fish out of the pot. We want to play pots with this guy. So I think calling pre is superior to 3-betting.

As it is they both call. This isn't very telling from the fish, but I expect button was not fooling around, he's got a decent hand. This is a pretty terrible board to c-bet into 2 players, especially since it interacts well with a bunch of the fishes range. And our bet is less than half the pot, which is smaller than we'd do with a real hand presumably in this spot, so with this c-bet we are basically bluffing with little chance to improve, against 2 players not likely to fold often, and for a sizing that puts no pressure on. Not good.

Fold turn, fold river. There's not much we are beating here, even a lot of club draws made a pair. This guy doesn't look like the type we want to be bluff catching in 200+bb pots, he's the type we want to be value betting in 200+bb pots.
