This is Micro Millions-004: $5.50 NL Hold'em [Turbo, Zoom] Event with 5000 starting stack and 5mins blind level.

In Zoom 5mins blind level is equivalent to 15mins slow structure MTT. So it's not really turbo. Coz you play same number of hands as a 15mins blind level game.

I thought I had him all the way. I was taking him to value town

What do I take of his river shove ?

Hey Adi

Ouch. Even top pair top kicker doesn't fair well against a check raise all in on the river. I expect us to have the worst hand. Likely holdings for villain are 66/88/99 or 89s. If he's awful he may from time to time have a hand like K10/KJ but I'd expect the majority of players, even bad ones, to be in check call mode on the river.

With that being said it's going to cost us 1600 to win a pot of over 7k and if we lose the hand we will still have 2k left but I don't think we will have the best hand often enough to merit a call and there's a very very thin amount of hands that villain would turn into a bluff so I like a fold. We're still in the early stages of the tournament which gives us plenty of time to find better spots.

Cheers, Chris.

I called coz I knew he will show up with a fish hand. He had 99s BTW and I should have folded on river.
