This is School Pass Big Bang Freebuy Satellite with 30 cent rebuy/addon and only 3 tickets paid. Around 264 runner. So unless I take big risks I can't end up in top 3. 1500 starting stack and 10min blind level.

One muppet open shove his whole stack I am not sure if he is doing this with JJ+.

I am not sure why he did such idiotic move but should I call this, what do I need minimum to call here?

Hi adikumar2010!

With 99 in the SB and facing an open-shove from UTG, this is a snap-fold. The opp has only played 7% of hands (granted it's basically no quantity), so they do know where the fold button is.

IMO, the opp has QQ+, probably aces and is try to see if anyone is stupid enough to call with less. In a freeroll, unfortunately, there are probably plenty of players willing to call and double up the player.. but we do not want to be one of them. The opp is definitely costing themselves a ton of value by making a very bad play like this.

If the opp was shoving every hand, then I may be tempted to call, but since this opp knows where the fold button is, it's a snap-fold with any non-premium pocket pair (QQ+ and even QQ could possibly be a fold).

Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.
