Played on a 0.25 sng tournament.

would u consider the pre flop call a good one ?

Yeah, that's fine. I'm always calling a minraise on the button with this hand, and not just because it's my favourite.
The 3-bet shove is so small that you have to call that for simple pot odds too.

from middle position, KQs is a muck.. it's not strong enough to open.

The hand is played fine, the way it was... the small shove is too few chips not to call, after raising.
