Opponent is 68/9 (22 hands).

Alarm bells ring when he min check raises turn, but I still have top pair & draw to 2nd nut flush. He could be doing this with a worse pair...

Cant call turn there, jam or fold, u are commited anyway. I dunno, might be simply a cooler but with those stats he has a lot of straights/flushes in his range there, any ideas if villain would do the same with overpairs, then maybe its a jam, but pretty nasty spot so i guess its a fold probably, although i wouldnt fold i think

I think you played it absolutely fine. Yes, that minraising OTT in a 3-bet pot looks scary as hell but I have seen recreational players do it with stuff I couldn't even imagine besides the nuts - so I'd play it the same that you did. Given he flatted OOP his range could contain a lot of smaller pairs or broadways with a single spade - which he may both call to a shove or shove himself on the river so I don't think there is a huge difference in EV between shoving or calling here.
