what do u think about my betting size on every streets?

I think your betsizing on the turn is a little small. just keep betting 60-80% pot. It could look like you are scared of the flush.

The bet on the river is also quite small. If you are so afraid of the flush/straight, don't bet at all.

Eighter check behind or make it ~50-60% pot imo. If you get raised, you can still fold .

Turn is fine. I'd actually check back the river. It's really hard for villain to call a triple barrel with a worse hand on this board (he must have had two pairs this time, unless he's an idiot), and you're going to puke when he check-raises. A really good player will exploit your small river bet by sometimes raising as a bluff, and you really can't call, as he also has a ton of monsters in his check-raising range.
