I don't like my play here, but no idea what was the better one. Appreciate any comments.
OTR I thought I would see a missed flush draw often enough and worth calling.

Hi dog,

I am suspicious of the action when the guy who 3b big from OOP preflop doesn't c-bet.

I would probably fold the turn here. I understand the hesitancy to believe the SB since he didn't c-bet the flop and bet turn with a smallish sizing, but UTG+1 calls in front of you, so given that I think we need a stronger hand to overcall. UTG+1 most likely holdings are Jx or a big/nut heart, and we don't know which it is.

As played, the river is a clear fold for me, for a couple reasons:

1) The bet size looks like SB is going for value. He could bluff for half this amount if he was bluffing a busted draw. He's also betting into 2 players on the river, which makes a bluff less likely to succeed and thus less likely in general, imo.

2) The UTG's range, combined with this river card, make it more likely UTG was the one with the big flush card... I think a player who just made trip J's on the river would have a hard time folding. If UTG had a big flush card, then the SB is more likely to have the goods.
