Am I Playing JJ too aggressively?

I don't think you are playing them too aggressively initially, as you want to make it expensive for those limpers. However when faced with an all in 3 bet, at best you're up against a lower pair, which I think is unlikely. If they have something like AK you are basically flipping for your whole stack which is not ideal. Then of course you are a massive dog to hands like QQ and better. I would have done a similar preflop raise but would have folded to the allin, unless I had some concrete evidence of what holding the villain might have in this situation.

The short stack all in with JJ is absolutely fine though!
