Am I right to ship it here? I'm aware that he could also have a set but how likely is it here? I'm thinking he's usually shoving with a big overpair, flush or straight draw, right?

Just going to happen sometimes. Don't know I could have got away from it myself.

I would have picked a smaller 3bet sizing, smt like 70cents, but he would have 4bet shoved and I would have called so the result is the same. big fat cooler, set over set happens, thank fully not too often.

On 2NL people will play all kinds of hands like this, overpairs, flushdraws, straightdraws. Your bottom set is well ahead of that range.
