It is $11 Super Stack tournament on FTP with 12min slow blind level and 5000 starting stack. I am on the direct bubble.

This is SB vs BB battle. Should I have called his turn over-bet shove and busted on the bubble or was he bluffing?

Also how should I have played the hand starting from preflop?

Hi Adi,

While I like defending in this situation, I'm not particularly inclined to 3-bet preflop. His open sizing is huge for these stacks which means he is either inexperienced or has a hand, probably some of both. And I don't want to blow up a 30bb stack in a slow structure. You sized your 3b pretty small, as small as you could really, but it's still 22% of your stack because of his open sizing. So I would generally start by flatting pre, definitely calling a flop c-bet on this board, and going from there.

As played, I like the flop call, and think we have a very easy fold on the turn to this action sequence.
