Hi cripplesmurf,

You are eligible for the Bankroll Builder promotion, good job!

NB: Bookmark this page so that you'll find it easily in the future.

Step One

Let's begin with the basics. Please take some time to study the Poker Basic Course and pass the quiz at the end of the course.
Let us know as soon as you have passed the quiz and we will credit your account with your first Bankroll Builder bonus.

Hi there,

I don't know if I'm allowed to ask this here, but I'm ready to take the "Poker Basic" quiz. I emailed the PSO support because I was having trouble at the outset being able to open the quiz. They told me that I had to go to the Cashier tab and fill out an information form that is used to request cash-outs. I just want to confirm that I won't be putting in any money, also that I am doing the right thing regarding the "Bankroll Builder" promotion before I go ahead and comply.

Thanks

Hello,

You won't be able to take the quiz until you fill out the form, and we cannot award you any bonuses until that quiz is passed

Cheers,
Raiser

Please note that you will first need to fill out the Real Money Form (name, address, etc.) in your PokerStars account in order to be able to take the quiz. To fill out this form, please click on the 'Cashier' and then select the 'Cashout' button to complete the following information that will be requested:

• Title
• First and Last Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Street Address
• City
• Zip / Post Code
• Country

As soon as you have updated all the account details you will be able to go ahead and take the quiz.

Should you need further assistance with this, please contact support@pokerstars.com

Hello,

I believe I've completed the "poker basic" quiz. I read through all the articles once, I figured I had it all committed to memory and I would get 100 percent my first try. Imagine my surprise when I failed twice. I finally passed my third time taking it, but I feel like a complete nincompoop. However I am excited for the next step.

Thanks

Brilliant!

You've passed the basic test and you'll get your first bonus in the next 24 hours, good job!

Step Two

The Poker Basics test was easy right? Well, there's a lot more to learn on the road to becoming a profitable poker player.
Now study the Cash Game course and once you think you have it mastered have a go at attempting the quiz. Don't rush through the course, there's a lot of content there and the quiz is tricky so spend some time on this.

Let us know as soon as you have passed the Cash Game Quiz and we will award you with your next buy-in.

Sorry I'm being so impatient I'm just really excited to start the next step. If I didn't pass the quiz if you could let me know that would be great.

Thanks

Great Job!

You passed the Cash Game Quiz and know you've shown that you have a great understanding of the fundementals of playing poker. We have now credited your account with your 2nd bonus.

Step Three

Please play a 1/2 cent Real Money table at PokerStars and using the Hand Replayer post a hand here in this thread that you have questions about.

Here is a video on how to use the hand replayer.

NB: You must post a Cash Game hand only, tournament hands do not count for this promotion. You must use the Hand Replayer only to post your hand, we cannot accept hands posted in any other way.

Hi There

I will post the hand then I'll ask my questions.

1. Should I have called the raise knowing that "Villain 9 " played, as well as raised every pot pre-flop?

2. Should I have raised myself before the action even got to him?

Thanks for for looking this hand over.

Great!

We now have credited your account with your 3rd bonus and You're doing a fantastic job so far!

Now take some time and using the information you've learned so far evaluate this hand and ask yourself the following questions:

1. Was my starting hand good enough to play from this position?

2. Did I evaluate the strength of my hand postflop?

3. Was my bet-sizing correct?

When at PokerSchoolOnline you are welcome post many hands for discussion in our Hand Review Forum and we encourage you to do so. Here's a video to help you understand Cash Game poker better.

You've still got one bonus to receive.

Step Four

Attend any LIVE TRAINING session here at PokerSchoolOnline. You must actually attend the session to get your bonus.

Please let us know what Live Training session you have attended. NB It must be a live training session that takes place after this post was posted. Past live training sessions do not count.

Let us know the Date/Time and Title of the session you attend and we will check your attendance and credit you with your final bonus. If you make a deposit at this stage you will also receive your final bonus.
