Today I won my first tournament here on pokerstars, I have won a few Sit-n-go's and been in the money a few times but to actually win a tournament with over 1700 entrants is great.

It was a 10c buy in so not big stakes but thats my level at the moment and to come away with $30 for my bankroll was great.

I have to say I made a few bad calls along the way but by mostly following the advice and help received from people on the hand discussion section have given me I managed to recover from those hits to win.

I know this isn't a hand discussion but I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their advice and help, I thought this would be the best place for those that had taken the time to offer constructive advice to see.

yeah it was a fantastic ROI 11c buy in for a $30 prize.

Only a microstake tournament but then again I need to play at a level I am capable of.
