Stress on the 4th syllable.

Stressing the 2nd and 4th might be a little too Italian (or Texan? - <ducks for cover>) for an East-end London lad ? :P

Nap - ol - it - ano

but most of the time, i hear, oh my god what a difficult name to write and say, or i am always called Mrs Nap ol it ana
or do you own the ice cream business.

Just call us Mark and Tina is is much easier
