to get rid of the arguments about the last chance events, how about leagues that are set up by rating, but also keep the current leagues.

for example: 0%-40%, 40.01%-55%, 55.01%-65%, and so forth
but this way it gives the players that play at these levels to get into the round 2 event, maybe top 5 gets into round 2, if u look at the leagues, the cut off to make round 2 is usually around 70 with a few occasional hi 68 low 69. And the round 2 events have 90% the same players all the day. Give the lesser skilled players a chance.
